Shipping policy

Dear Customer,

we ship paintings within the DKI Jakarta area using Lala Move, GoJek, or Grab. Based on the dimensions of the painting and the number of paintings to be shipped, we always try to choose the most economical shipping method. However, this does not guarantee that we will always find the cheapest option. From the moment of shipment, all responsibilities transfer to the shipping company. This includes damage during transport, regardless of type, or loss. Should you require transport insurance, please contact us before shipping. Only written requests will be processed to avoid misunderstandings both before and after the shipment. We are always willing to find an amicable solution in individual cases.

Should you require delivery of one or more paintings outside the DKI Jakarta area, please contact us. We will work with our logistics team to find a solution.

If you would like delivery of one or more paintings outside of Indonesia, please also contact us. Nothing is impossible! :-)
